Accessibility
Last updated October 31, 2026
PropFlow should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom, voice control or larger text. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Readable text sizes and color contrast, in light and dark mode.
- Labels on form fields, buttons and icons for screen readers such as VoiceOver.
- Large tap targets on phones, and pages that work when zoomed or with larger iPhone text sizes.
- Sign-in by one-time code, so there's no password to type or remember.
- Paper copies of any document on request, and help from your property office by phone.
Report a barrier
If something in PropFlow is hard to use, tell us at rajpatel93@gmail.com with the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days and work with you, or your property office, on another way to get it done in the meantime.
Residents who need an accommodation in their housing, rather than in the software, should ask their property office (see Fair Housing).
