Resident Privacy Policy

PropFlow is the resident and property management system used by Foundry Flats, operated by Shree Yogi AL LLC (1609 6th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204). This policy explains what we collect from residents, applicants and staff, and how we use it. PropFlow, the software company, handles this information for us as a service provider under the PropFlow Privacy Policy.

What we collect

• Names, phone numbers, email addresses and household details you give us on a rental application, lease or in the resident portal.
• Lease, rent, payment and deposit records, maintenance requests and photos, inspection reports and signed documents.
• From rental applicants: date of birth, Social Security number (or ITIN), photo ID and proof of income. The Social Security number is stored encrypted, only the owner and property manager can view it, and each view is logged.
• When you sign a document electronically: the time, your IP address and browser.

How we use it

• To manage your tenancy: rent statements and reminders, repairs, inspections, leases and notices.
• To contact you by text message or email about your application, tenancy, rent and maintenance, and to send sign-in codes.
• To review rental applications, including credit and background checks you authorize on the application.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages and mobile information

We use your mobile number only to send the account messages described in our text message terms. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not rent mobile numbers or text message opt-in information to anyone, including affiliates. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run PropFlow for us (PropFlow and its hosting, database, email, text message and push notification providers), under confidentiality obligations; a housing authority when you take part in a housing assistance program; and when required by law or a court.

How long we keep it

For as long as your tenancy lasts and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can delete your portal sign-in from Your account; rent and lease records we must keep stay on file. Contact Foundry Flats at (205) 586-3700 or 1609 6th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204.
