Resident Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the PropFlow resident portal, rental application, electronic signing and text messages from Foundry Flats (Shree Yogi AL LLC, 1609 6th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204). Your lease controls your tenancy; if these terms conflict with your lease, the lease wins. Use of the PropFlow software itself is also covered by the PropFlow Terms of Service.

Using PropFlow

Your tenant link and signing links are private. Don't share them. Information you submit (applications, repair requests, photos, signatures) must be accurate and yours to give.

Electronic signatures

When you sign in PropFlow you agree to use electronic records and signatures. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. You can ask for a paper copy at any time. See the full consent to electronic records and signatures.

Fair housing

Foundry Flats is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. Ask the office for a reasonable accommodation at any time.

SMS Terms

• Program: Foundry Flats resident and applicant notifications: rent due and past-due reminders, maintenance request updates, lease and document signing links, application updates and sign-in codes. No marketing.
• How you opt in: in writing, by giving us your mobile number and signing your lease (Section 20.8 “Text Messages”) or the Foundry Flats Text Message Consent Form, or by agreeing to texts on your rental application or in the resident portal. Staff opt in when they add their number in PropFlow. Consent is not a condition of renting.
• Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time; we'll confirm and send nothing more. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, or call (205) 586-3700.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our privacy policy; it is not shared with third parties for marketing.
