Find a tenant, property or work order

Search by name, unit, phone digits, property or repair.

1 min read

Use search to jump straight to a tenant, property or work order. Search is for office staff; maintenance staff don't have it.

  1. On a computer, click the Search tenants, units, phone… box in the menu. On a phone, tap the magnifying glass at the top of the screen.
  2. Type what you know: a tenant's name, a unit ("D" or "Unit D"), the last few digits of a phone number, a property name or address, or words from a repair's title.
  3. Press Enter, then click a result to open it.

What you'll see

  • Tenants: each with a label like Current, Moving in, Moving out or Past tenant, plus the property and phone. Opens the tenant's page.
  • Properties: name and address.
  • Work orders: up to 10 matching repairs, with the unit. See Work orders.

Tip: Past tenants show up too, listed after current ones, so you can find someone who moved out.

Questions

Nothing found. What should I try?

Try fewer letters, just the last name, or the last 4 digits of their phone. Phone search needs at least 3 digits.
