Questions
What counts as a unit?
Each place you rent out: an apartment, a house, a duplex side. Vacant units count; units you've archived don't.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime. We'll move your properties, tenants and balances over from your spreadsheet or old software for free.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 30 days with every feature. Before it ends we'll ask which plan you want. Nothing is charged until you choose.
Do tenants pay fees?
Only if you choose. When online payments are on, you set the convenience fee for cards and bank payments, and tenants see it before they pay.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. The new price starts on your next bill.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: pay for the year and get two months free.
Which states do you support?
Everything works in every state. Notice templates with deadlines worked out are ready for Alabama today, with more Southeast states coming next.
