Sign up with your email, set up your company and start your 30-day free trial.

Signing up takes a couple of minutes. You get 30 days with every feature, and you don't need a card to start.
- On the PropFlow website, click to start your free trial. Enter your work email and click Email me a sign-in link.
- Open the email and tap the link. There's no password to remember.
- On Set up your company, fill in Your name and Company name (what staff and tenants see).
- Fill in Legal name (owner entity) if leases should name a different company, like an LLC. Leave it blank if it's the same.
- Enter about how many Units you manage and pick your State.
- Choose a plan: Landlord (you manage your own rentals), Property Manager (you manage for owners) or Scale (1,000 units and up). You can change it later.
- Check the box to agree to the terms, then click Start my free trial.
You land on Home with a setup checklist. Next, bring in your properties: see Start here.
Heads up: Joining a company that already uses PropFlow? Don't sign up. Ask the owner to invite you, then just sign in. Signing up makes a new, empty company.
Questions
How do I sign in next time?
Go to the sign-in page and enter your email (or your cell number, if text sign-in is on). We send you a link or a code. To sign in by text, first add your number in Settings → Your phone.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged until you pick a plan. The setup checklist on Home shows how many trial days are left.
My properties are in more than one state. Which do I pick?
Pick the state where most of them are. Each property has its own state and time zone, set when you add it.
