Invite your team
Add managers, an accountant or maintenance techs so they can sign in with their own login.

Give each person their own login so you can control what they see. Only the company owner can invite people or change the team.
- Go to Settings and click Invite and manage on the Team card.
- Under Invite someone, enter their Name.
- Pick a Role: Property manager, Maintenance, Accountant (read-only) or Co-owner. See Team roles.
- Under What they see, keep Everything for their role, or pick Simple portal for a short menu of everyday tasks.
- Enter their Cell number (they sign in by text with it) or their email. You need at least one.
- Click Invite.
- They show under Waiting to sign in. Tap Text them to send a ready-made message with the sign-in link from your phone, or send them the link yourself.
Heads up: PropFlow doesn't send the invite for you. Make sure you text or email them the sign-in link. They must sign in with the same number or email you entered.
Change or remove someone
- Change their role from the menu next to their name. It saves right away.
- For managers and accountants, switch between Full view and Simple portal.
- Click Turn off to remove their access. Their past work stays. Click Turn on to give it back.
- To cancel an invite that hasn't been used, click Cancel next to it.
Questions
They already have a PropFlow login. What happens?
They're added to your company right away. If they belong to more than one company, they can switch under Settings → Switch company.
Can I turn off the last owner?
No. The company needs at least one owner.
How do I give a property owner access?
Owners get their own portal, set up from Portfolio → Owners, not from the team page. See Owners.
