Keep unit info for repairs

Save filter sizes, paint colors, shutoffs and appliances for each unit, and see its repair history.

Each unit has an info card with the facts a tech needs at the door. It also shows the unit's repair history, make-ready and inspections.

  1. Go to Portfolio → Units (maintenance staff: Units in the menu). Units with nothing saved say "No info yet".
  2. Click a unit.
  3. Under Unit info, fill in what you know: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square feet, HVAC filter size, Paint colors, Water heater, Water shutoff, Breaker panel and Getting in.
  4. List Appliances one per line (brand, model and age), and add Notes.
  5. Click Save unit info.

Further down, Repair history lists every work order for the unit with its cost. On the side you can Start make-ready and open the unit's move-in and move-out inspections.

Tip: Common-area work (hallways, roof, parking) has no unit. Log it under Operations → Work orders → New work order and pick Common area / building.
