See past tenants and what they owe
Find tenants who moved out or were evicted, and what they still owe after deposits.

When a tenant moves out or is evicted, they move to the past tenants list. Use it to see who still owes you money after their deposit.
- Go to Collections → Rent roll and click a property.
- Scroll down to Moved out. It shows past tenants who still owe. Click All past tenants to see everyone who has left.
- The top shows the total Owed by past tenants, and what's left After deposits held.
- Each row shows when they moved out or were evicted and the deposit you're holding. Click a row to open their tenant page.
Tip: You can still record payments from past tenants who owe. Their payments go to their last month. You can also find them under Leasing → Tenants with the Past filter.
