See who has paid, who owes, and what the housing authority owes, for any month.

The rent roll shows, month by month, what every tenant owes and has paid. Use it to check who still owes rent this month. Go to Collections → Rent roll.

  1. The first page shows every property with its totals: Total due, Tenants paid, Tenants owe, HAP received and HAP owes.
  2. Use the arrows to go to the previous or next month. Click This month to come back.
  3. Click a property name to see its units one by one.
  4. On a property's rent roll, each row shows the unit, tenant, rent, HAP, tenant due, previous balance, late fee, what was paid, the balance and a status. Click a row to open that tenant.
  5. To see the roll as it stood on an earlier day, pick a date in As of and click Show.
  6. Tenants who moved out and still owe are listed under Moved out. Click All past tenants to see everyone who has left.

What the status means

  • Paid: the tenant and the housing authority are both paid up.
  • Partial: some money came in, but something is still owed.
  • Unpaid: nothing has come in yet this month.
  • Vacant: no one lived there this month.

How rent gets on the roll

You don't add rent by hand. Every night PropFlow posts each tenant's rent for the month, and any late fees after the grace day. If you just made a change and want it now, click Update now on the property's rent roll. It only posts what's missing.

Questions

Why is "Previous" not zero?

Who can see the rent roll?
