Sign your lease on your phone

Open the signing link the office sent, read the lease, and sign.

The office will email or text you a link to sign your lease. You don't need an account.

  1. Tap the signing link.
  2. Read the whole lease. Tap Download PDF to save a copy.
  3. At the bottom, check the box to agree to sign electronically.
  4. Type Your full legal name and your Initials. Your initials go on each line marked "(initial)".
  5. If you want, draw your signature with your finger. If you skip it, your typed name is your signature.
  6. Tap Sign lease.

The top of the page shows who else still needs to sign. When everyone has signed, you'll get the final copy.

Questions

It says "This signing link isn't active."

The lease may have been changed or canceled. Ask the office for a new link.

Can I sign on paper instead?

Yes. Ask the office for a paper copy or to sign on paper.
