Your statement shows every charge and every payment. Use it to check your balance or show proof of payment.
Your statement
- Open your tenant page.
- Tap See statement and payments.
- By month shows each month: rent, late fees, other charges, what you paid, and the balance.
- All transactions shows every charge and payment, newest first. Tap Print to print it or save it as a PDF.
If you get housing help (like Section 8), the statement shows your share of the rent and what the housing program paid.
Your lease and documents
If the office shared your lease or a notice, you'll see Lease and documents on your home page. Tap it to read them. Tap Print to print or save them.
