Your landlord uses PropFlow. Your tenant page shows what you owe and lets you ask for repairs. It works on any phone. No app or password needed.
Two ways to open it
- Your link. The office can text you a private link. Tap it. That's it. Don't share it.
- Sign in. Go to the sign-in page. Use the phone number or email that's on your lease. We send you a code or a link. Enter the code, or tap the link, and you're in.
Tip: Signing in doesn't work? Your phone or email may not match what's on your lease. Call the office and ask them to fix it, or ask for your link.
What's on your page
- You owe: how much you owe right now. If you're paid up, it says so.
- Your rent each month and when it's due. It also shows the last day to pay before a late fee.
- Pay rent: only shows if your landlord takes payments online.
- See statement and payments: every charge and payment.
- Request a repair: tell us what's broken.
- Open requests and Past requests: your repairs and where they're at.
- Recent payments: your last few payments.
- At the bottom: the office name and phone number.
You may also see Lease and documents, or Review and sign your inspection when there's something for you.
