Owners are the people or companies you manage property for. Every property needs at least one owner on file before you can pay owners or send owner statements.
Add an owner
- Go to Portfolio → Owners and open Add an owner.
- Enter their Name (a person or a company, like Smith Holdings LLC), Email and Cell number.
- Optionally pick a property under Owns (optional) and their Share %.
- Click Add owner. Their owner page opens.
Tip: If a property has no owner, the Owners page shows a warning that lists it.
Set ownership
- On the owner's page, find Ownership.
- Change a Share % and click Save, or click Remove to take a property off.
- To add another property, pick it in Also owns part of, enter the Share % and click Add.
A property's owners can't add up to more than 100%. Removing an ownership keeps their past payouts on file.

- Hands-on owner: tick it to send them a weekly update every Monday. See Owner emails.
Click Save agreement when you're done.
